We want you to be thrilled with your new technology. If you are not satisfied, DroneBot accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Return

The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, protective films, and accessories intact.

The original packaging (box) must be undamaged.

Note: Due to the nature of high-tech products, items that have been activated, flown (drones), or registered via software are not eligible for return unless defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Refund Process

Product Cost: Since you paid via COD, refunds for returned products will be processed via bank transfer or PayPal after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Fee: The initial shipping fee paid upfront is non-refundable for "change of mind" returns, as this cost has already been incurred by the logistics provider. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), the shipping fee will be fully refunded.
